- Hit the beef by rolling pin or hammer
- You can marinated by adding pineapple juice for 30 minutes.
- Boiled in low heat
- Cook with 7-30-5 system. Its mean that you must boil the meat at 7 minutes and then turn off the fire at 30 minutes on close pot lid .And then, boil again in 5 minutes. It,s work!
- Marinated with seasoning to open the pore and make it juicy.

The Secret Receipe of Authentic Rendang as most delicious Food
Ingredients :
Basic Ingredients:
- 1 kg beef (sirloin)
- 600 ml of coconut milk
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 5 bay leaf, 3 keffire lime leaf, 1 turmeric leaf.
- 100 gr roasted coconut
Spices:
- 250 gr red chilli
- 200 gr garlic
- 100 gr shallot
- 200 gr galangal
- 100 gr ginger
- 2 lemongrass, cut in small piece
- 1 tsp coriander
Herbs :
- 5 cloves
- 1 nutmeg
- 3 cardamom
- 2 star anise
- 3 cinnamons ( 4 cm)
Condiment :
- Red beans (Boiled 1 hours)
How to cook :
- Blend all the spices and nutmeg
- Cut the beef into 4 cm squares.
- Roasted clove, star anise, cardamom, and cinnamons in few minutes until aromatic
- Heat up vegetable oil in a wok, saute the spices over low heat
- And then add bay leaf, keffire lime leaf and turmeric leaf
- Adding the coconut milk and herbs and mix well
- Keep stirring until coconut milk oily
- Add beef and red beans while stirring continuesly
- Keep stirring and then, put roasted coconut in the wok
- Cook until tender and turns into dark brown
- Aunthentic Rendang have been ready to cook
